Next generation cellular phones and PDAs will incorporate the Holophone technology.

Holophone technology will also be implemented into new forms of personal communication. The Holophone "ORB" concept entails pocket-sized and wearable communications devices which can capture three-dimensional, multi-channel sound as well as picture (potentially holographic 3-D video images). Data can be either stored internally for later playback or transmitted instantly over standard or wireless lines of communication.
