Holophone and DPA Microphones A/S Form Strategic Alliance

New Agreement centers on Holophone H2-PRO Surround Sound Microphone, for which DPA Microphones becomes the exclusive provider of microphone elements.

Toronto, Ontario, CANADA, June 8, 2004 - Holophone, a division of Rising Sun Productions, Ltd., and DPA Microphones A/S of Denmark ("DPA") today jointly announced the formation of a strategic alliance by which DPA will become the exclusive provider of microphone elements for the recently introduced Holophone H2-PRO Surround Sound Microphone and any similar products. This alliance follows closely the successful US launch of the Holophone H2-PRO at the NAB Conference in Las Vegas, April 19 - 22 and its European launch at the116th AES (Audio Engineering Society) Convention in Berlin Germany, May 8 - 11, where Holophone and DPA showcased the new Holophone H2-PRO Surround Sound Microphone in the DPA stand.
