Brought our Holophone
down to the historic Ryman Auditorium (the original
Grand Ol Opry) in Nashville to record Van Morrison on
Tuesday. It was basically the only audience mic we used.
The crew from the Opry
was blown away the very first time I solo'd the
audience. Frankly they flipped. Thought it was amazing.
And I was monitoring in stereo!! They asked all about
it, including the cost, which they thought was very
reasonable. |
